The Swedish brand (sub-brand of Volvo) has designed to preview the company’s future products and vehicle aspirations. This concept will be presented publicly during the 2020 Geneva Motor Show next week.
The exterior of the car is highlighted by the so-called SmartZone at the front, which is essentially a transparent panel replacing the traditional radiator grille and hiding two radar sensors and a high definition camera.
The panel is surrounded by an evolution of Polestar’s Thor’s Hammer LED headlight.
New HMI has been developed in cooperation with Google and based on Android. The system uses a 15-inch portrait-oriented center display, complemented by a 12.5-inch driver display.

Volkswagen introduced the next member of the ID. concept family—the I.D. BUGGY—at the 89th Geneva International Motor Show. Drawing inspiration from the classic California dune buggies of the 1960s, the ID. BUGGY shows the versatility of the modular electric drive matrix (MEB).
High-end Russian automobile brand Aurus made its international debut at the Geneva Motor Show.
The Russian producer presented its armored Aurus Senat Limousine L700, prominently featured during President Vladimir Putin’s inauguration in May 2018.
The vehicle is equipped with the hybrid powertrain consisting of a 4.4-liter turbocharged V8 engine and an electric motor, linked to a nine-speed automatic transmission. The engine enables acceleration from 0 to 100kph in approximately 9 seconds.
