Charging Tracking

The ARBA Auto app fully supports charging cost accounting for electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids. Then navigate to the “Timeline” tab, click on the “pencil” and then click the “Add charging” button. If this button is not present, then setup a battery.

Which fields to fill in the “Add charging” form depend on the method you want to keep records. The ARBA Auto application supports two methods: standard and optimal. The first one is based on an approach similar to fuel tracking, and the second one involves accounting for regular bills. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with them and choose the one that suits you. Regardless of the accounting method, the application will calculate all indicators and you can see them in reports.

Which fields to fill in the “Add charging” form depend on the method you want to keep records. The ARBA Auto application supports two methods: standard and optimal. The first one is based on an approach similar to tracking fuel, and the second is better for tracking energy consumption with regular bills. We encourage you to check them out and choose the right one for you. Regardless of the accounting method, the application will calculate all indicators and you can see them in reports.

By selecting “Charging Station”, you can mark the location and address of the charging station on a map.

You can also make a purchase in a foreign currency by selecting it from the list. When you save the entry, the application converts the transaction to the base currency at the official exchange rate on the date of the transaction.
