You can import all your previously accumulated history into the application, including the following objects: expenses, income, refueling / charging, mileage updates and reminders. To do this, go to the “Backup” tab of your car.
Loading is done transactionally. This means that in case of an unsuccessful import, you can cancel the operation, correct the data and import again. However, before importing, it is recommended to make a backup.
If you keep the history of the car in a spreadsheet, you can manually prepare a CSV file to import. To do this, all data will need to be converted to the original app format.
Filling out the table, use the codes from the reference tables.
Please note that record identifiers (they are grayed out in the table) must be left empty, otherwise an error will occur during loading.
You can make bulk changes to data using the export/import operation. To do this, you need to export the data in the ARBA App (Data Backup) format and make changes to the data. If you are adding new entries, keep the ID fields empty. After that, upload the data back. Corrected entries will be updated and new ones added.
Also, the application supports data upload formats from other apps:
- Drivvo
- Tesla
- Fuel Manager
The data format for these applications is described here.
If the format of these apps has changed, or if you are using a different app and would like to migrate your data to ARBA Auto, please contact us.
For owners of electric cars, it is possible to import charging data in the Tesla Supercharger format. You can export this data from your Tesla.com account or from the Tesla app.
If you want to clone the history of your vehicle, check out how to properly export data. Importing data into an app can seem overwhelming. It is impossible to foresee all situations, so if you have any difficulties, please contact support. We will be glad to help you.
